welcoming new clients

Do you have that quiet, aching sense that something is off?
Maybe you're navigating ADHD, chronic health concerns, or perimenopause and wondering why everything suddenly feels harder than it used to.

I created this practice to be a place where women can slow down, make sense of what's happening, and feel understood without having to explain everything perfectly.

As a fellow traveller through many of these challenges, I'll meet you with warmth, honesty, curiosity, and the kind of humour that reminds us we're still alive, even when life feels impossibly hard.

Hi there,
I'm Danielle

About

The stories we tell ourselves often change when we begin to understand the nervous system that has been trying to protect us all along.

You can show up mid-thought, unsure, or not even totally able to explain what’s going on. That’s not a problem, that’s usually where we start.

As we talk, I’ll ask questions, notice patterns, and say things out loud when they feel important. Not to push you, but to help something actually click in a way that feels different, not just understood but shifted.

I’m not big on overly polished therapy. I care more about it being real, useful and something you can actually feel in your day-to-day life.

You Don't Have To Get It "Right"

Let's start making sense of what you're carrying.

There’s depth here, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I tend to bring a bit of humour into the space when it fits, because sometimes that’s what makes things land or just makes it all feel a little more human.

I bring a lot of training into this work, and I’m always learning, but I also bring lived experience. So you’re not sitting across from someone trying to analyse you from a distance.
